WPFomify allows you to show user reviews<\/strong> on your website. You can display as many reviews as you want. These add value when it comes to winning the trust of new customers.<\/p>\n

You might have seen a bar often appearing at the top of the websites \u2014 people at WPFomify call it the Fomo Bar. <\/strong>Honestly, this is something pretty cool, and I liked this idea a lot. Full marks for that.<\/p>\n

WPFomify allows you to create fully customizable Fomo bars<\/strong> to make announcements, display offers, and much more. You can also add countdown<\/strong> and even a button<\/strong> with some links.<\/p>\n

Using this plugin, you can either create a sticky<\/strong> Fomo bar or a simple<\/strong> top bar.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Floating Button<\/h3>\n

Another functionality that WPFomify offers is to create a floating button<\/strong> with whatever content you want. The floating button appears at the bottom right corner, and you can completely customize its appearance. You can have a contact form<\/strong>, a live chat section<\/strong>, a message<\/strong>, or anything using it. This is pretty engaging!<\/em><\/p>\n

Once the WPFomify<\/a> plugin is installed and activated, it adds a new tab called WPFomify<\/strong> in the dashboard. From here, you can access all the settings, manage add-ons, and all the notifications.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Activating WPFomify<\/h3>\n

Login to your WPFomify account and navigate to the license key<\/strong> tab. From here, you copy the license key.<\/p>\n

After this, go to the Settings<\/strong> and\u00a0activate<\/b> your license by pasting the license key.<\/p>\n

\"Activating<\/a><\/div>\n

Once the activation process is complete, you’ll get access to all the features of the plugin. You can also disable the small WPFomify link<\/strong> that appears at the bottom right corner of your notifications.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfaf\u00a0Creating a New Notification<\/h2>\n

The WPfomify<\/strong> option in the side menu contains the list of all the notifications which you have ever created. To add a new notification, navigate to WPFomify>Add New<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Configuration Tab<\/h3>\n

Creating a new notification is quite easy. Enter a desired name<\/strong> for the notification, select its type<\/strong> and choose whether or not you want to activate<\/strong> it by default.<\/p>\n

Through Type <\/i><\/strong>option, you can select what exactly you want to create \u2013 a conversion notification, a review notification, a Fomo bar, or maybe a floating button.<\/p>\n

Depending on the type of the notification, options appear dynamically in the configuration screen. Except for Fomo bar<\/strong>, you can also get a live preview of the notification at the bottom right corner of the screen.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Content Tab<\/h3>\n

In the Content<\/strong> tab, there is a screen from where you can insert the desired content according to your notification type. For example, I have selected the conversion<\/strong>. Following screen appears in the content tab.<\/p>\n

In the source drop-down menu, you can select the source<\/strong> of your conversions. If you have any add-on installed, you can select one. Otherwise, you can go with the custom style and add conversions.<\/p>\n

Next and the best part of WPFomify is Design<\/strong>. Here, you can adjust the look and feel of your notification according to your theme. Everything is simple and pretty self-explanatory. You can even view the changes in the live preview mode.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Visibility Tab<\/h3>\n

Here, you can control how<\/strong>, where<\/strong>, and when<\/strong> the notifications should appear. You can specify the pages<\/strong> to display the notifications. Even the timings<\/strong> between each notification can be adjusted. You can experiment with different timings to analyze the behavior of the users and choose the one that suits you.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Tracking Tab<\/h3>\n

This part of the plugin helps you specify the UTM parameters<\/strong> to track your campaign. Specify the parameters and look for those URLs in the Google Analytics to analyze your campaign.<\/p>\n

Once you’re done with the settings, hit Pu<\/strong>blish<\/strong> button. You can then manage your notifications from WPFomify tab of WPFomify.<\/p>\n

This section contains all the add-ons which you can integrate with WPFomify. Click on the install<\/b>\u00a0button to quickly install the plugin. Once installed, you can select that plugin as the source of your content while creating notifications.<\/p>\n

Let us quickly go through installing the WooCommerce<\/strong> add-on and creating a notification using that.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u26a1\ufe0f Step #1<\/h3>\n

Click on the install button of WooCommerce addon<\/strong>. Before that, make sure you\u2019ve already installed the basic WooCommerce plugin on your site.<\/p>\n

\u26a1\ufe0f\u00a0Step #2<\/h3>\n

Go to WPFomify<\/b>><\/b>Add New<\/b>. Add a title for your new WPFomify item. From the Type<\/strong> drop-down, select Conversion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Go to Content<\/strong> Tab and from Source<\/strong>, select WooCommerce<\/strong>. Here, you can also set the frequency of notifications and other small details. Leaving it to default for now.<\/p>\n

Hit Publish<\/strong>! And your notifications for WooCommerce sales are live. However, you can always go back to your notifications and modify the details and appearance.<\/p>\n

Just four clicks<\/strong> and boom<\/strong>! Your notifications are live. Just like WooCommerce, you can set notifications for sales through EasyDigitalDownloads, donations through GiveWP subscriptions through MailChimp and much more.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude4c\u00a0<\/b>Final Thoughts & Few Recommendations<\/h2>\n

WPFomify<\/strong><\/a> is a solid Social Proof\u00a0Marketing<\/strong> plugin. It delivers what it promises. So far, I am very happy with it. As a matter of fact, I have a been thinking of creating a new landing page for one of my products where I plan to use WPFomify in production.<\/p>\n

However, I have a few recommendations and I would love to see these improvements in the new updates to the plugin.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude48\u00a0The WPFomify menu<\/strong> has another WPFomify sub-menu inside it. That is confusing. It should be something like “Dashboard” or nothing at all.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49\u00a0Live Preview:<\/strong> Next thing that I would love to see in the future updates is the live preview for the Fomo bar in the design section.<\/p>\n

\u270c\ufe0f\u00a0Toggle For Timer:<\/strong> The timer appears on the Fomo bar even if it’s not needed. It will be cool if they give an option to create a Fomo bar without a timer.\u00a0[Update]: Team at WPFomify took notice of our recommendation and has fixed the timer issue.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49\u00a0Built-in Templates:\u00a0<\/strong>What if they introduce some sort of built-in templates for the notifications, Fomo bars, and the floating button? Providing a variety of styles.<\/p>\n

WPFomify, launched in\u00a0September 2017<\/a>, is no doubt a new player in the market. But its features<\/strong>, extensive documentation<\/strong>, and quick, powerful integrations<\/strong> make it worth your money.
