Login to your GravityForms account<\/a>, click on <\/span>Account <\/b>tab and then go to\u00a0Downloads<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

From here, download the stable version of Gravity Forms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to<\/span> Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a successful plugin installation, a new menu called <\/span>Forms <\/b>appears in the sidebar. Click on it to start the setup wizard. Setup is pretty simple. The very first screen asks you for the <\/span>License Key<\/b> which resides in the\u00a0<\/span>Account<\/b> tab.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the validation of the key, it asks for some basic settings like <\/span>Background Updates <\/b>and some <\/span>Global Settings<\/b>. Configure these settings, and you are good to go.<\/span><\/p>\n

The process of creating a form with Gravity Forms is as simple as it can get. Follow the quick steps to have a form up and running.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the <\/span>Forms <\/b>menu, click on <\/span>New Form.<\/b><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be prompted to enter the <\/span>Form Name<\/b> and <\/span>Description<\/b>. Enter the details and click on <\/span>Create Form<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next, you are redirected to the form editor. Where you have all the form fields on the right side with visuals explaining how to create a form. <\/span>Drag and drop<\/b> any field in the form editor to quickly start building the form. After creating the form, next step is to set up the submission responses and notifications. Click on the <\/span>Settings<\/b> to move on to that section.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can do all the creative fun things on your Thank You page. I prefer to add a <\/span>Thank You GIF<\/span><\/a>. Notification emails are by default sent to your WordPress admin email, all set up by Gravity Forms. However, you can edit if needed. Save the settings, and you\u2019re done.<\/span><\/p>\n
