Many theme developers jumped on to the opportunity and started creating multi-purpose WordPress themes. Multi-purpose themes rely on a page builder and provide a single template for any site.<\/span><\/p>\n

While searching for some neat and performant multi-purpose theme for one of my side projects, I came across this incredible multi-purpose theme \u2013 Noor<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

With <\/span>30+ demos<\/b>, it provides tons of features including seamless integration with <\/span>WPML<\/b>, <\/span>AMP <\/b>support, <\/span>lazy load<\/b>, and \u00a0<\/span>RTL <\/b>languages support. I was quite overwhelmed to encounter this theme, so I decided to give it a try, and it was worth it.<\/span><\/p>\n

After using it for a while, I am pretty excited to share this amazing theme with you. In this review, I will take a deep dive into its features and how you can get started with it to build your next site.<\/span><\/p>\n

Noor<\/span><\/a> is a premium multi-purpose WordPress theme developed by the awesome team at <\/span>PixelDima<\/span><\/a>, who have curated quality resources for designers and developers. Currently, they serve <\/span>1300+<\/b> happy customers<\/strong> and offer\u00a0premium as well as free stuff. Being a design cum development team, they also rock a solid design awards stack<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Noor makes use of <\/span>WPBakery <\/b>page builder<\/strong> to provide a rich customization experience. It rocks a pretty clean and minimal design paired with amazing user experience & performance. WPBakery & revolution slider comes in the package with Noor, so you don\u2019t have to purchase them separately.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within less than two months of its launch, it has made <\/span>150+ sales\u00a0<\/b>at ThemeForest. During this short span, it also won three design awards \u2013 <\/span>Awwards<\/b>, <\/span>CSSWinner<\/b>, and <\/span>CSSDesignAwards<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

They are selling it for pennies on the dollar to support the theme eco-system, but this really should be a pricey theme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Noor comes with literally tons of features packed in. I won\u2019t go into details of all features because it would take a whole day to describe them. However, I\u2019ll go through the major features which Noor has to offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2192 AMP Supported<\/span><\/h3>\n

AMP plays a significant role in driving <\/span>more traffic to your site<\/span><\/a> and provides a better experience to the mobile users. Noor comes with <\/span>built-in support for AMP<\/b>. All you need is to install AMP after installation of Noor, and you\u2019re done. They\u2019ve also created a <\/span>demo for its AMP site<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

(Not sure what happened to the mic? \ud83c\udfa4\ud83e\udd2d\u00a0but these are good anyway!)<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to WordPress dashboard and navigate to <\/span>Appearance > Themes > Add New<\/b>. Click <\/span>Upload Theme <\/b>button, select the <\/span>.zip<\/b> theme file, install, and activate it.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are two ways you can get started with building a custom page i.e. using backend editor<\/strong> or using frontend editor<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To create a custom page using page builder, go to <\/span>Pages > New Page<\/b>. Here, select <\/span>Backend Editor<\/b>, and choose from <\/span>250+<\/b> unique elements <\/b>to start building your page.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can click on <\/span>Frontend Editor<\/b> and build as you watch.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf69 Final Thoughts<\/span><\/h2>\n

Noor provides a well thought <\/span>minimal design<\/b>, <\/span>excellent user experience<\/b>, and features to cope up with any site needs. <\/span>WPBakery<\/b><\/a> and <\/span>Revolution Slider<\/b><\/a> both are premium plugins but comes in the package with Noor for free. Considering this fact, <\/span>$59 <\/b>would be definitely a good investment that you can make.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2049\ufe0f\u00a0There\u2019s one inconsistency which I found in this theme \u2013 Noor menu in the WP Dashboard. It adds a <\/span>colorful menu on the dashboard<\/b>. That is all kinds of wrong. I’d recommend the author to go read Ahmad’s blog Never Build Colored Icons\/Menus in WordPress<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc49 Another suggestion that I have is to know, how PixelDima plans to cope up with the <\/span>Gutenberg update<\/b>? Will they revamp their components to fit in Gutenberg blocks? I would love to see a Gutenberg compatible Noor theme.<\/span><\/p>\n
